Casting to a class allows to use that class methods in your blueprint. Casting creates a copy of the class in the object memory so use it sparingly. As a rule of thumb you should use Cast only when objects are DEPENDENT on each other. For example if one is actor loaded in memory, and the cast class is also loaded then the cast has no extra cost.
